A member asked:

Squatting and kneeling leave me light headed and nearly passing out. is this something to bring to the attention of my pcp?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: In many cases, people with low to normal blood pressure become lightheaded with squatting because the blood flow to their brains is temporarily reduced. Just to be sure, you should have your blood pressure and heart checked out by your pcp.
