Whats disadvatages of having refractive surgery to correct myopia?

A few and minor: Most refractive surgery is lasik. The results are generally excellent but in a small degree of cases the correction may be a little off due to the biology (individual healing) of the patient and a certain number will find they have longer term eye dryness. All will need reading glasses when they get into their 40's.
