Lucid Dreaming: Hypnotic suggestion & "lucid dreaming" techniques have been shown 2 help people learn 2 redirect fears/anxieties that surface in dreams. E.G., w/recurring nightmares, experiment w/ "re-writing" the storyline so its not frightening: 1st, vividly imagine/retell the new story while awake. 2nd, "replay" new story 2 urself before sleep. Kids tend 2 respond well 2 hypnotic suggestion/lucid techniques!
