Eye injection: Depends on the etiology of the injected eyes. With simple eye infection or allergic conunctivitis ther is quick resolution in a few days. Injected eyes caused by more complx problmem would take longer. These could include f.B. In the eye, systemic infections and do not forget kawasaki disease.
