Welders flash: Welders flash usually very painful. Likely from drying out of tear film. Use non-preserved artificial tears in frig 4-8x per day to see if that resolves. Could look up "lid hygiene" at eyedoc2020@blogspot.com on how to improve your tear film to help decrease redness. If eye is bright red, could have a subconjunctival hemorrhage.
