Not really ...: Prilosec (omeprazole) was the 1st introduced in a class of meds called proton pump inhibitors(ppi).Others are zantac, aciphex, (rabeprazole) protonix, nexium, prevacid, &the newest: zapidex. Zegerid is mostly prilosec, plus sodium bicarbonate. All of these decrease stomach acid & will likely slow & decrease Adderall absorption. A good dose can still be achieved, but both meds should be taken very consistently.
