Not a good idea: Insert mandatory scolding here. The answer to your question depends on which NyQuil you are taking. Some contain pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine which would be dangerous. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is safe to take however it does cause drowsiness the next day. Adderall begins to wear off after 10 hours. Much better idea to wait it out than treat side effects of one drug with another.
