Whats the difference between pleural friction rub, pleuritic pain, pleuritis & pleural chest pain?

Similar: Rub is the sound we hear when a stethoscope is placed on the chest. This is due to the two surfaces of pleura rub against each other when lacking in normally occurring lubricant fluid. Pleuritic pain/ pleural chest pain is due to inflammation of pleura.
