Maybe nothing: High complement is not a problem. The problem is more why do you have a + ana. The nucleolar pattern needs to be interpreted with the clinical picture. Your evaluation will help clarify this. It may be germane to a helpth problem but i often see this wihtout an issue. This depends on the qulaity of the lab and what your clincial issues are.
