What is the difference between immunosuppressives and rituxan (rituximab)?

Immunosupressive : Immunosuppressive agents are agents that suppress immune function by one of several mechanisms of action-through t cell activation, ihbition of b cell helper, dna inhibition etc, such as cyclosporine, tacrolimus, sirolimus, corticosteroid. Rituxan (rituximab) is one of immunosupressive agents where it works by binding the cd 20 receptors on the b cell-lymphocytes which eventually leads to the cell’s death.
