Can your body become immune to rituxan (rituximab)?

Rare but possible: There are patients who have developed quite severe immunologic reactions. There is a published protocol for desensitization that can be accomplished over less than 24 hours.

Yes.: If you mean can it stop working for you, yes. Immune reactions to Rituxan (rituximab) also can occur that can make the drug impossible to give safely.
