Simple carbohydrates: These are rapidly absorbed into the blood and will raise up the blood sugar quickly( bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, or some fruit juice). Be sure to notify your PCP if this keeps happening to you. This would indicate that you need some investigation into the cause of the hypoglycemia, so as to avoid it in the future. All the best.
