Need answers: How do you know you are having hypoglycemic attacks? Your profiles lists metformin (which generally does not cause hypoglycemia). Are you on other medications for diabetes, like Insulin or glipizide? You profile lists a number of other meds, including BP meds, and "passed out". There are a long list of possibilities, but it may not be low blood sugar. See your doctor.
