Frequnetly: Eat 6 equal meals about every 3 hours. Emphasize vegetables and high quality meat good fats, and fiber to keep blood sugar stable. Avoid sweet fruits and fruit juices although fruit can be eaten prior to exercise since it is taken up by muscles and won't cause reactive hypoglycemia. Don't over exercise. Listen to your body.
