Why do type 2 diabetic have some hypoglycemic episodes in the mornings in 60's and late in the day between 140 to 150 ?

Depends: Many diabetics are on medications that can cause hypoglycemia in the morning and hyperglycemia in the afternoon, such as a basal long acting Insulin which if the dose is too high will cause fasting hypoglycemia but may not cover all the food that is eaten during the day.
