Observe act if need: Spider bites can often become infected. First i would recommend that you put tea tree oil or vinegar on it and keep the area clean. If the redness starts to fade then you can just watch it. If it grows larger then i would have it checked for possible need of antibiotics. If the spider was seen and you know it was not a brown recluse or black widow then just observe.
