Infection from withi: You may need an oral antifungal medication to kill the infection from within. In addition, you should get your feet examined to make sure you don't have a bacterial superinfection. Third, disinfect all shoes, slippers, footwear with an antifungal spray/vapor. Fourth, wash all socks in hot water. Either way, have your feet examined by a podiatrist.

OTC?: Have you tried any over the counter medications such as Lamisil (terbinafine) cream or gel?

Have it looked at.: You may have been re-infected and may need to be re-evaluated. Try to disinfect all your shoes, slippers, and footwear with an antifungal powder or spray. Have it evaluated by your podiatrist.
