Tinea : You will probably see improvement on your body before you see improvements on your scalp. On the body, the rash should be getting lighter, less scale, and less itchy. On the scalp, you might or might not have some hair growth by this time. If you aren't seeing any improvement at all, especially on the body, make sure you let your doctor know!
