May not help: Sleep alone is unlikely to "remove stress"; if anything stress tends to affect sleep. As dr. Irizarry noted, sleep needs vary markedly from person to person. Some people respond to stress by needing much more sleep, others by being unable to sleep. Too little sleep won't help, but you need to find direct ways of reducing the stress, including seeking professional help, if necessary.
