Isolated: The amputation of isolated toes generally does not lead to a significant change in gait.

Lesser toes: An isolated amputation of any of the lesser toes may not cause any significant change in your gait.

If your large: Toe is amputated this would lead to an apropulsive gait. Any other isolated toe amputation likely would not alter your gait much at all.

Big Toe???: If the big toe is removed you will walk with a slight limp due to less than normal ability to push off when walking. Removal of the one of the lesser toes doesn't seem to do much to the gait cycle.
