High risk: If you genuinely believe there is a loss of circulation to any part of your body, you must seek immediate medical attention. A vascular surgeon or interventional radiologist/cardiologist may be able to reconstitute your circulation. The longer you wait the higher risk of amputation.

See below: It would depend on how occluded the vessels are and whether or not there is any peripheral circulation. The loss of motion is not a key leading to amputation. See your doctor for evaluation and treatment.
