No, IgE = allergies: A high ige is associated with allergies, parasitic infections and some rarer medical conditions. A slightly high IgA is a nonspecific finding and may not be clinically significant. If it's extremely high, like ten times normal, it could mean a plasma cell abnormality, like multiple myeloma. Autoimmune diseases may also cause IgA to become elevated. Ask an immunologist to evaluate you if concerned.

Is elevated kappa/lambda ratio on serum FLC test inherently monoclonal, even if neither kappa or lambda is elevated? Ratio high b/c lambda is low, not because of high kappa. SPEP/UPEP & IFE normal. High IgA, low IgG. Clean marrow biopsy. Polyclonal?

Celiac panel was negative, but revealed IGA immune <5. Does this mean I have IGA immune deficiency? Other then digestive issues I rarely get colds/flu never pneumonia or allergies. But What about covid? Am I at elevated risk for severe complications?
