Many surgeons are now offering an in-office alternative to sinus surgery. This is called 'balloon sinuplasty' and in most instances can be a significant cost savings for patients since you are not paying facility or anesthesia fees.
Ask your ENT if he does in-office surgery and whether you may be a candidate.
