Yes: Minocin (minocycline) is related to tetracycline and doxycycline, and generally treats the same bacterial organisms it has been used to treat acne, skin infections, some respiratory infections, lyme disease, and other infections that can be treated with tetracycline or doxycycline, but it is less widely used because it tends to cause more vertigo and other CNS side effects.
