Be careful: Melatonin can cause drowsiness. Ativan (lorazepam) can do the same. The combination of the two may be dangerous. I would certainly discuss with your doctor. There is not really enough information to determine if taking it with Minocycline will cause you problems. It probably won't cause problems but there is not enough information to know for sure.
