Is it normal that not all child's my milk teeth have come out?

Depends on age: Most children will lose a first tooth by age 6. Most will have lost all baby (milk) teeth around age 10-12. Sometimes the adult tooth above is not coming in at the correct angle to push out the baby tooth-- your child's dentist will help determine what, if anything, should be done.

YES: Sometimes there is delayed teeth eruption which begins at 6 months and completed at age 30 months. Sometimes they all come out at once ! so don't worry

This is important: Your child should see Dentist or (preferably) Pediatric Dental Specialist at the time of their 1st birthday and every 6 months after that. Among other reasons the Dent ist or Pedodontist will evaluate and monitor tooth eruption, relationships, and jaw growth. When there is 1 eruption anomaly there are often multiple eruption anomalies. If you think there may be a problem, go for examination NOW
