So sad: Rotten teeth are infected teeth. Can damage surrounding bone and unerupted underlying permanent teeth. Infection can spread via blood stream to other organs, causing illness and even death. All children should have 1st dental examination NO LATER THAN 1st b'day. With the damage you have described would recommend that your child see specialist Pediatric Dentist (Pedodontist) ASAP. Please get help.
