Whole and Organic: The best anti-aging foods are whole foods; meaning they come from nature and are not processed. They don't contain sugar, high-fructose corn syrup, preservatives, dies, chemicals, artificial colors and are devoid of pesticides and other toxic chemicals. Best are organic. Stick to vegetables, the more color the better, whole grains but no wheat product, lean protein lagumes, fruits, nuts and seeds.
