Healhful foods: Nothing stops aging, but a healthy diet can slow the aging process and an unhealthy diet accelerates aging. The foods considered best for this are organic fruits & veggies, spices, nuts, seeds & healthy protein sources. Just as important is avoiding foods that accelerate aging, esp. sugars, processed grains & fried foods. I would choose organic foods when possible, esp. if you eat meats/eggs/dairy.

Healthy Food: Healthy food with low glycemic index, (low carbohydrates/sugars). Healthy fats like unsaturated one like Olive Oil, DHA (fish oils), and avoid transfat, which are usually artificial and used in fast food. As many vegetables as you can and fruits ( better at anti oxidant like blueberries) and do not eat large meals, better 3 small meals w 2 snacks in between meals. May add vitamins (D) and fish oil
