Apparently not: Although there are some overlapping interactions between the system that marijuana affects and opioid systems that Naltrexone affects, the evidence i could find--and there are some studies--seems to suggest that Naltrexone does not block the effects marijuana.

Agree w Dr. Elliot: Naltrexone is used for treatment of alcohol and opioid addictions. Not aware of it's use for cannabis abuse.
