Revia (naltrexone): Ones with Depression, Acute liver failure, Pneumonia with elevated Eosinophil blood count, Kidney problems, Opioid use within last 4 hours, Narcotic addiction. & Allergies.

Contraindications: Naltrexone contraindications- acute hepatitis, liver failure, prior sensitivity to meds like naloxone or nalmefene or current opioid use. Use with caution in active liver disease.
