Maybe: Naltrexone usually takes about 1 week to be fully effective. However, the question worth asking is - why are you on naltrexone? Does it make sense to be o it if you have to take opiates for legitimate reasons? If you are asking about using non-prescribed opiates, then too this question remains - why are you taking naltrexone?
