Is lipodissolve some sort of liposuction?

No, big difference: Lipodissovle is a chemical detergent that is injected beneathe the skin into the fatty subcutaneous layers. It destroys fat cell by disrupting their cell membranes. The body then will absorb the ruptured or dead fat cells over time, liposuction actively and immediately removes the fat.

No: Lipodissolve is the latest name for a procedure dating to france in the 1950's called mesotherapy. Look it up on google and you'll get an appreciation for the problems associated with it. It probably works ok on small areas. Plastic surgeons have already done the experiment where large volumes of fat were destroyed and left for the body to absorb. It was not good.
