Several: 1. Get enough sleep 2. Reduce refined sugars in your diet 3. High intensity interval training (very efficient) 4. Eating fats―the good kinds such as the omega 3's found in salmon, avocados and walnuts. Eat more of a plant based diet with the good fats, proteins and you will be surprised to find you heat less and are not as hungry because you are giving your body what it needs. Good luck.
