Hello. : Hello. Normally, using medications without healthy diet and exercise accompanying it won't lead to significant weight loss. I actually am not going to recommend a medication. What i will recommend is at least 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit every day. At least 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water per day (not for weight loss - to keep you hydrated and your gut moving). Healthy fiber. Regular aerobic activity, eating regularly & decreasing junk food. If you eat for comfort or other psychological reasons - overeaters anonymous might be very helpful. There are many programs you can join to give you information, monitoring and encouragement. Good luck.

Waste of time: You maintain or gain weight because your response to hunger makes you eat foods of a type or quantity that make you heavy. To move to a lower weight and stay there you must learn how to eat well. This includes understanding proper portion size, quality fats and proteins and what you need rather than what you want. A clinical dietitian can do this one on one or you can enter commercial plans.

No medications: I would suggest no medications. The digestive system is not functioning at its maximum potential in the morning. Eat a light breakfast, or no breakfast at all. Eat your largest meal between noon and 2:30, and have a light dinner, before 7:30 p.m. Even with only moderate exercise this routine will help you to lose weight.
