Growth problems: The clear answer is to use a growth chart. Children should generally grow right along the same percentile (%) as they were born. Crossing 2 standard lines (5%, 10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 95% usually indicates a problem. Thus for optimal assessment you should have several heights and weights at different ages. There are now nice online growth calculators. Try this one: http://medcalc.Com/growth/.

Growth: She could use an evaluation by a growth expert. These are board - certified pediatric endocrinologists.

Consult your Dr.: Drs will usually keep track of growth on a chart. The numbers you list show your daughter growing at a normal rate from 11 to 12 between the 10 & 25% lines on cdc charts. The weight is @ 3%. If your child has maintained this growth chart position for most of her life, she may just be small. If she was taller than average & slowed, it could be a problem.A simple bone maturity x-ray could help decide.
