Is slow heart rate when first waking up a cause for concern?

Only if symptoms: As long as your heart rate is not causing you to be lightheaded our pass out, it shouldn't be a major issue... But i would check with your doctor to be certain there isn't some other problem.

Nope: Pretty normal for a person your age, although as the county keeps getting fatter, it's becoming less and less common to see. Keep up an active lifestyle!
