A member asked:

First i had massive anxiety attacks but now the opposite is happening my heart rate gets very slow is that because of anxiety?like45bpm in the evening

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably okay: It's not unusual to have a HR in the 40s when you're relaxed but it you're concerned - ask your doctor to arrange a (Holter) heart monitor for you which will show your slowest, fastest and average HR as well as allow you to mark strips if you have symptoms.
