What is MPV?: I have checked a dictionary for acronyms and cannot find this one. Am pretty sure you don't mean "Muslims for Progressive Values" (one of the ones I found). The only medical term I know for MPV is "mean platelet volume" which is term found on complete blood counts. Please clarify.
