Tiny flat plaques all over my abdomen where i exposed skin while sunbathing in 60s. what are these skin abnormalities?

Fungal infection: Body fungus - tinea does not tan with sunbathing appears white compared to normal skin. If these have scale might have in addition seborrhic dermatitis. Use tgel shampoo to bathe avoid anti bacterial soap and use over the counter anti fungal creams twice daily. Orally take 1 clove of garlic chopped up in pieces swallow with water like pills will clear gut which might also have fungus.
