Ive psoriasis on both sides of upper vagina. now, i just have pinkish reddish skin - not plaques. but today i noticed small red dots (redder than psoriasis itself) on psoriasis spots. is this bc of psoriasis?

Very common to get small re dots with Psoriasis especially in sensitive areas like the vaginal area.
Nothing to worry about.
Keep the are well lubricated, with Aquaphor especially after bathing and be gentle
