Different results: The best option depends on what you are trying to address. Peels improve the tone and texture of the skin and will improve fine lines and wrinkles. Fillers are used for deep lines and wrinkles and/or the augmentation of areas of the face which need more volume (nasolabial folds, lips, etc). Seek consultation with an experienced facial plastic surgeon for personalized recommendations.

It depends: It depends on what is being treated. These are very different treatments, generally used to address different issues. Chemical peels may help reduce splotchy pigmentation, acne, & fine lines. Fillers are used to soften facial folds and some wrinkles, certain acne scars, enhance the fullness of the lip, & restore volume to the face. Consult a dermatologist or plastic surgeon to help choose best tx.
