See your doctor: Appendicitis starts with a vague abdominal pain and may be associated with nausea and vomiting. Appendicitis does not get better on its own -- usually it will get worse and the pain will start to localize often to the right lower portion of the abdomen. But don't be fooled -- sometimes a sick appendix ruptures giving temporary relief. This is still an emergency! better to be evaluated by a doctor.
