Very unlikely: Hi, pain due to appendicitis usually moves from the middle to the right lower abdomen, increases progressively in severity within 24 hours and can be accompanied by nausea/vomiting and fever. To try and determine what you may have you need to provide more info and see a physician if pain persists.
