Post delivery pain: You should seek the attention of your physician and you will need x-rays or an MRI to deterine the reason for your pain.

Bad hips after baby: Hip pain when you are so young is not good. Especially as it started after your delivery. Please seen your pcp and get this checked our. I would strongly suggest imaging studies also.
