See your doctor: back injury from pregnancy is certainly not uncommon, and if a cause is identified, it can more easily be treated. Don't be surprised if you're given a trial of anti inflammatory meds, referral to physical therapy, and encouraged to stay active. If those things fail to help, imaging might be in order, depending on exam.
