Possibly: Barium is notorious for being the worst part of the endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures. Symptoms as you describe are frequent. While it is less common to persist as long as you have, it is still likely. Of course, depending on what was done the symptoms could reflect a problem with a biopsy for example or an underlying, separate problem. If it gets worse or you get a fever, present to your doc.
