I tried fennel tea today to help with bloating, but i read its estrogen producing and decreases the efficacy of birth control. im on my placebo pills & i had two cups today only. is that going to harm me? am i still protected on my bcps ?

BCP: 3 cups of tea while on placebo pill will probably be fine. If you are ever worried about efficacy of your BCP, you can always use a condom for back up.
