I'm on avapro (irbesartan) for my blood pressure and have leg cramps?

May be related: If Avapro (irbesartan) is with hct, then the potassium loss may result in cramping. There is a potential for breakdown of skeletal muscle tissue resulting in muscle pain/tenderness, and weakness. This is associated with fever, dark urine--see your doctor. Cramping comes on with venous disease, and you can check this out with a phlebologist by logging on www.Phlebology.Org.
