Many: The most significant are teeth damage in children; in all ages: liver inflammation, blood cell problems, serious allergic reaction, kidney failure, psuedotumor cerebri (a neurologic disorder). The most common are dizziness, vaginitis and photosensitivity reaction. This being said, tetracyclines are in general very safe and effective drugs. Please discuss your concerns with your doctor.
